The image has its own nature, has multiple concepts, it has many implications in our contemporary life, and the capabilities of the image more than we can imagine; The image has become Unprecedented critical factor in human communication, and even more than words can do. The image has evolved significantly in terms of design, reading and understanding, it is greatly influenced by Human Cognitive Architecture; which is a critical factor in dealing with it, both in terms of their design or reading. This Human Cognitive Architecture grows with human growth; with Increasing his expertise over time. The image is also a critical factor in our educational systems where we should take care of it and use it to educate our pupils and students through appropriate visual media

Scientists differed a lot about the concept of Visual literacy, not because they differed on the meaning; but because they differed about the approaches which they're looking at for this concept, hence it was necessary to determine the dimensions of Visual literacy, starting from what has been called the "Visual literacy cube" which is no longer enough to identify those dimensions. These dimensions, which were re-established in six basic dimensions; Visual (design, reading, thinking, communication, perception and learning), then launching more comprehensive concepts like; Multimodal literacy and Critical Visual literacy, which establish new thinking in a changing world in which the individual is distinguished not only with Visual literacy, but also with a critical Visual literacy that our children should be trained on, especially in an unbridled digital society in which visuals overwhelm all other media for communicating, networking, instruction and learning

There is a clear relationship between attention and visual perception; this relationship depends on some factors that affect the occurrence of perception according to the degree of attention. Selective attention is what we live to control the elements we pay attention to in order to deal and choose them from all the visual stimuli that are scattered around us. There is also a relationship between visualization and visual perception; visualizations can occur without visual expertise, prompting research on the ability of the blind to produce visualizations even though they have not experienced visual experiences resulting from vision throughout their lives. Also, there are other relationships link visual thinking, visual memory and imagination, so developing of visual thinking can develop students' ability to learn a variety of instructional contents

The theory of visual inclusion is a new vision of the concept and dimensions of Visual literacy, the multiple approaches to Visual literacy have made researchers differ among themselves in their vision of it; which led to a severe overlap between these visions and opinions, both for the theorists and developing researchers, this overlap Led to a serious confusion in concepts and terminologies and therefore in applications of Visual literacy. Theory of Visual Inclusion, which looks at the dimensions of Visual literacy is developed with a holistic view that integrates the six dimensions of Visual literacy into a single integrated perspective, and presents the idea that there is a classification of individuals that stems from Their assessments on the total six dimensions’ scales of Visual literacy, generally classifying them at five gradual levels of their visual literacy, then putting together several implications for that theory

As I present this first part of the series "Visual literacy Framework", I hope to receive your opinions, then take advantage of those opinions in future editions, God willing
